Celebrate the cosmic events of solar eclipse with a viewing party with PBT.
You can have the best view of the solar eclipse in the greater Houston area when you join Prevent Blindness Texas and The Alcon Foundation in the clouds at the Rooftop Cinema Club. Solar Eclipse-Themed Activities: refreshments, music from the Lizzerds, and the perfect view of the solar eclipse.
The 2017 solar eclipse was viewed by 88% of all Americans—more than 214 million people. In the next year, we will welcome two more solar eclipses—an annular eclipse on October 14, 2023, and a total eclipse on April 8, 2024. The entire United States will be able to view these eclipses, and Texas will be at the center with near complete coverage. There will not be another solar eclipse for 20 years, so you will want to mark your calendars and get your ticket to the rooftop viewing!
